Capture the wanted Bandits [30,000 Jewel]

Lithor hovered in front of the sign and pulled a paper off of the job request board, it read "Capture the wanted bandits for 30,000 jewel." He didn't read the rest of it, he wanted to show the paper to someone else. He looked around to see if he could find Auro or Aiyaka, or even Doni.

Aiyaka waved to Lithor. "Hey, what's that job?" she asked him.

"Here, take a look." Lithor replied, he handed Aiyaka the piece of paper and she started reading over it.

On the piece of paper it stated.. "That the wizard capable of taking down wanted bandits, should head to Hargeon Town (South of Magnolia) to meet with the mayor. There, business would be discussed for the wizard to track down famous bandits wanted throughout Fiore. If the wizard brings the bandits in, the mayor would pay them 30,000 jewels on the spot."

"Wow, 30,000 jewels is a lot. And how hard could beating up bandits be anyway?" Aiyaka said with a smile.

"Let's hope there is only a few bandits so they don't beat you up too bad." Lithor replied in a cute and sarcastic tone.

An hour or so later, the two arrived in the town of Hargeon, a place known for it's beautiful ports leading out into the ocean.

"Guess we should find the Mayor, huh?" Aiyaka started walking towards the town hall, where she assumed the mayor would be.

Lithor nodded and followed after Aiyaka. The buildings in Hargeon were beautiful and the natural life within the town was green and lively. When the two reached the town hall, they entered the front door and headed towards the mayor's office.

"Hello? Anyone here?" Aiyaka said, ringing a bell on the desk.

The sound of a window crashing echoed throughout the town hall, it seemed to have come from the mayor's office. Lithor exchanged glances with Aiyaka and started flying towards the door.

Aiyaka raced into the back room after Lithor.

When Aiyaka managed to open the door to the office, it was trashed, the mayor was on all fours in front of the window, jewels scattered on the ground around him, and his entire offices cluttered in papers.

Lithor floated around looking at all the papers.

Aiyaka ran to check on the mayor. "Is everything alright sir? Are you hurt?"

The mayor was a short and pudgy man, very light brunette hair that was slicked back, and a pure black mustache that drooped down into a goatee. He had his eyes closed and tears streaming down his cheeks. In a low voice he muttered. "The bandits... my money...." His arm trembled and he pointed out the window.

"Don't worry, I'll get it back for you. C'mon Lithor, they can't of gone far." Aiyaka hopped out the window and chased after where the bandits took off.

Lithor managed to catch up to the Aiyaka and he grabbed onto the back of her shirt lifting her up into the air. The two burst off into the sky.

A few minutes passed until the two flew into a forest north of Hargeon, the sound of a cart slowly tugged along on the dirt road. Lithor and Aiyaka hovered above the trees, managing to catch a glimpse of the cart, it seemed quite suspicious if I do say so myself.

"Look Lithor, down there. Seems like our target."  Aiyaka pointed at the cart below.  "Should we ambush it from the sky?"

Lithor nodded. "Yeah, I have a plan." He lowered Aiyaka down into a tree where she could see the cart visibly now, there were a few shady characters steering. "I'll do something and you will hop out of the tree when the time is right, okay?" He didn't wait for an answer, he shot off into the sky within a split second.

A few moments past and an orange blur shot past the tree Aiyaka was in, it hit the side of the cart coverage and it started to tip. The cart cover acted like a trampoline and shot Lithor back out of the forest and the cart tipped over. (It's a rushed post, don't blame me pls)

Aiyaka jumped down from the tree and landed on the cart, ripping through the cart covering with a loud yell on Aiyaka's part.

A few of the bandits stumbled out of the car and in front of the horses, who stumbled to the right from the car tipping over. They looked formal, each of them in black suits. They stared at Aiyaka in awe.

Aiyaka took up a fighting stance. "Alright, are you going to give the jewels back? Or am I going to have to take them back?"

A woman wearing a dress with pink hair held her hand up to her mouth and started talking. "What do you mean?" She had a sense of fear in her voice. The man standing next to her was wearing a suit and had dark orange hair. "You destroy our cart and tell us to hand over our money? What are you, a bandit?" He asked.

"You mean you're not," Aiyaka trailed off,"Crap." She backed up away from the cart and towards where Lithor disappeared. "Sorry, wrong cart!"

Before exiting out of view, Aiyaka ran into a large man three times her size, wearing a suit. She stumbled back and the man lifted her up by the shoulders, he carried her back to the cart and his grip was firm.

"Put me down!" Poison started to sizzle from Aiyaka's skin where she was being held as she kicked at her assailant.

"Poison magic.." The man with orange hair from earlier gave a sinister smile. The girl in the dress started talking after he did. "We planned on taking your money, but we can just take you and make a fortune with your poison." She gave a laugh. The large man holding Aiyaka started to lose his grip as the poison made contact with his skin, he tried holding onto her as hard as he could although the poison seemed to weaken him.

"Hang on Aiyaka!" A small voice shouted from the sky, everyone looked up and saw an orange cat flying towards the large man. He smacked into the large man's cheek causing his grip on Aiyaka to let go.
